Tiger Club
When our students become 5th graders, they become Tigers. As part of our community outreach, tigers complete 30 hours of community service within the school year providing academic and social-emotional support to our Kindergarten students, known as our Cubs. Beginning in October, twice a month every month, our tigers and cubs get together and participate in sight word activities, small group reading sessions, and social-emotional development games/activities. This is an amazing opportunity for our students to get to know their school population, promote academic and social success, all while understanding the importance of community outreach.
